1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ratu123 ("ratu123", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://ratu123.cam and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager — including through any desktop browser, mobile browser, or application interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ratu123 platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between ratu123 and its users.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player on the ratu123 platform.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds credited to a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits granted to a Player by ratu123 subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "Deposit" — the transfer of real money from a Player to their ratu123 Account using any supported payment method, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Bitcoin (BTC), or USDT.
• "Game(s)" — any casino game, slot, live dealer table, poker variant, or other gaming product available on the ratu123 platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer procedures, being the identity verification processes required to confirm a Player's identity and age.
• "Platform" — the ratu123 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory where access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable laws.
• "Wager" — any bet placed on a Game or sporting event using real-money or bonus funds.
• "Withdrawal" — a request by a Player to transfer funds from their Account Balance to an external payment account or bank account registered in their name.

3. Account Eligibility

Participation on the ratu123 platform is restricted to individuals who are aged 21 years or older. This age restriction reflects the minimum age enforced by ratu123 for all casino and sports betting activities. Proof of age may be required at any time during the account lifecycle, including at registration, at the point of first withdrawal, or upon any subsequent compliance review.

All Players must complete ratu123's KYC verification process before any withdrawal request will be processed. Acceptable identification documents include a Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. ratu123 reserves the right to request additional verification documents, including proof of address and proof of payment method ownership, at its sole discretion.

Residents or nationals of jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law are not permitted to register or use the Platform. It is the Player's responsibility to determine whether their participation is lawful under the laws applicable to them. ratu123 does not make any representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside the terms of its international operating licence.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on ratu123. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

4. Registration & Accounts

To register an Account, Players must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile phone number. ratu123 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. ratu123 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account resulting from a Player's failure to safeguard their credentials.

In the event that a Player suspects their Account has been accessed without authorisation, they must notify ratu123 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. ratu123 will investigate all such reports and take appropriate remedial action, which may include temporary account suspension pending investigation.

ratu123 accounts are non-transferable. Players may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign their Account or any associated balance or entitlements to any third party.

5. Terms of Use

ratu123 grants registered Players a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include any right to scrape, copy, adapt, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

Players agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit the lawful use and enjoyment of the Platform by any other registered user. ratu123 reserves the right to monitor, investigate, and act upon any suspected misuse of the Platform.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their device, browser, and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements for accessing the Platform. ratu123 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by third-party network providers, maintenance windows, or events outside ratu123's reasonable control.

All Account balances, deposit transactions, wagers, and withdrawals are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise explicitly stated in a specific promotion. Players depositing via cryptocurrency (Bitcoin or USDT) will have their deposits converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, as determined by ratu123.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

ratu123 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: DuitNow QR, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC and USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM50. ratu123 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits via local Malaysian payment methods (DuitNow, FPX, e-wallets) are credited to the Player's Account instantly under normal operating conditions. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon confirmation of the required number of blockchain network confirmations. ratu123 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network congestion.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to technical availability. Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. ratu123 targets a processing time of 5 minutes for standard withdrawal requests during business hours, though actual processing times may vary.

ratu123 reserves the right to request additional documentation or impose a temporary hold on withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Such holds will not exceed 14 business days pending investigation, except where required by applicable law or licensing conditions.

ratu123 is obligated to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Players must not use the Platform to facilitate money laundering or any related criminal activity. ratu123 will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required by law, and may close accounts and withhold funds where money laundering activity is reasonably suspected.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by ratu123 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet sizes applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion details page. Failure to comply with wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

ratu123 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus structures without genuine risk; coordinating with other players to abuse referral or group bonus schemes; or any other conduct that ratu123 reasonably determines to constitute exploitation of its promotional offerings. ratu123 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is established.

The ratu123 welcome bonus is available to new Players only, limited to one bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Welcome bonuses are not available to Players who have previously held a ratu123 Account, regardless of whether that account was subsequently closed.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the ratu123 sportsbook and casino are final once confirmed. Players accept that confirmed wagers cannot be amended, cancelled, or refunded except in circumstances explicitly provided for in the relevant sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform.

ratu123 reserves the right to void bets where: (a) a manifest error in odds or game data has occurred; (b) a technical malfunction has materially affected game or bet outcomes; (c) the relevant sporting event has been cancelled, suspended, or declared void in accordance with applicable sporting rules; or (d) there is reasonable evidence of irregular or fraudulent betting activity.

Where ratu123 determines, acting reasonably, that an obvious error (including a pricing error, incorrect market listing, or technical display error) has occurred, ratu123 reserves the right to void all related bets or settle them at the correct price or outcome, regardless of whether bets have been accepted and irrespective of any winnings paid. Players should verify bet details carefully before confirming any wager.

All random number generator (RNG)-based games on ratu123 are independently tested and certified for randomness and fairness by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are subject to studio operations rules and the decisions of the presiding game host are final in all matters not otherwise covered by game-specific rules.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ratu123 platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other technology designed to disguise geographic location;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or undocumented features of the Platform;
• Using proceeds of criminal activity to fund an Account or attempting to launder money through the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ratu123 staff or other Platform users;
• Registering multiple accounts or facilitating account sharing in violation of these Terms;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy that ratu123 determines is designed to systematically extract value without genuine risk exposure.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ratu123 Platform, including but not limited to: the ratu123 brand name and logo; website design, layout, and user interface elements; software and source code; game content and audiovisual assets; promotional materials; and written content — is owned by or licensed to ratu123 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted no intellectual property rights in or to any Platform content beyond the limited usage rights expressly granted under these Terms. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ratu123's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ratu123 expressly excludes all liability for: (a) indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses; (b) loss of profits or opportunity; (c) loss or corruption of data; (d) platform unavailability or downtime; (e) technical failures attributable to third-party service providers or telecommunications infrastructure.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ratu123's liability for death or personal injury caused by ratu123's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Responsible Gambling

ratu123 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform is intended as a form of entertainment for adults. Players should only gamble with money they can comfortably afford to lose and should not view gambling as a means to generate income or recover previous losses.

All ratu123 account holders have access to the following responsible gambling tools within their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time limits and time-out features; self-exclusion (temporary cooling-off periods from 24 hours to 6 months, and permanent self-exclusion). These tools take effect within 24 hours of being set and cannot be reversed without a mandatory cooling-off period.

Access to the ratu123 Platform is restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. ratu123 enforces this restriction through mandatory KYC verification. If ratu123 determines or suspects that an Account holder is under 21, the Account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be withheld pending investigation, and any winnings generated during the underage period may be forfeited.

13. Suspension & Termination

ratu123 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player's Account at any time and without prior notice where ratu123 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal conduct; (c) continued operation of the Account poses a reputational, financial, or legal risk to ratu123; or (d) the Player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling Policy.

Players may request the permanent closure of their Account at any time by contacting ratu123 support. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player following completion of applicable verification procedures, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or withdrawal holds apply.

Upon termination of an Account, the Player's licence to use the Platform is revoked immediately. Any Bonus Funds credited to the Account at the point of termination will be voided without compensation, regardless of the reason for termination.

14. Amendments

ratu123 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ratu123 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to existing Players, either by email notification, in-Platform notification, or by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ratu123 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ratu123 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in which it has a legitimate interest in doing so, including in connection with the protection of its intellectual property rights or the recovery of funds subject to a fraud investigation.

Malaysian Players are reminded that online gambling may be subject to regulation under Malaysian law. ratu123 makes no representation as to the legality of its services under Malaysian domestic law and expressly disclaims any such representation. Players are solely responsible for obtaining independent legal advice regarding the applicability of Malaysian law to their participation on the Platform.
